Parish Council Matters
This year's Annual Parish Meeting is POSTPONED
A new date will be arranged as soon as possible.
The Parish Council's purpose is to represent and support the parish and to help residents with local issues regarding planning applications, highways maintenance, the environment, footpaths and rights of way, etc.
The Parish Council meets approximately four times a year in February, May, August and November. Minutes of Parish Council meetings since September 2014 are available from the PC Minutes page.

Parish Council Meetings
Meetings are held in Clatworthy Village Hall starting at 7.30 pm and are currently scheduled for:
10 August 2026, 9 November 2026,
The agenda will be published below approximately a week before the meeting.
All meetings are open to the public.
Parish Meetings
There is also an annual Parish Meeting, generally held in May, which is an informal event open to everyone in the parish. The Chair of the Parish Council presents an overview of the past year and any questions and/or matters of general interest can be raised at this meeting.

Coffee/tea and cakes in the Village Hall from 11-12
- a brief look back over the past year by Chair: Sally;
- introduction to the first version of the CLATWORTHY EMERGENCY PLAN;
- open discussion and feedback to increase Clatworthy's resilience.
